- Watermelon and lime water: You can make this by cutting your watermelon and lime and allowing to infuse overnight and then consuming it in the morning.
- Cinnamon and honey: Cinnamon helps to regulate blood sugar while speeding up the metabolism. Taking a mixture of honey and cinnamon will help to lose weight.
