Our weightloss inspiration for today is ShaToya Marie. She was overweight and didn’t like herself the way she was, so she decided to do something about it. In her own words,
“I wasn’t happy with how I looked anymore
So I worked my ass off to change
In the gym 5/6 days a week for 2 hours
Fitness became a hobby to me and still is
This journey hasn’t been easy at all
But I wouldn’t change it for the world!
2017 is about body appreciation and appreciation your body for how it is!”
