White rice has a lot of calories as well as starch so it isn’t recommended for weight loss . The good news is white rice can be cooked in such a way that you can enjoy it even while trying to lose weight. Here is an easy way to cook white rice that contains much fewer calories and also can be easily digested by the body.
HOW TO COOK THE RICE
First, rinse your rice and add to boiling water. Add coconut oil (a 3rd of the quantity of rice), boil rice until soft. Then put the rice in the refrigerator and refrigerate for 12 hours.

This process will provide a coconut flavored rice with reduced calories, starch and an easily digestible meal ideal for weight loss.
